I had a wisdom tooth extraction yesterday and doctor prescribed dolo 650 for pain. There's still pain and swelling and I have been taking dolo 650 ( morning and night). Can I apply colgate pain out for pain.

Swelling will take time to resolve
For pain ask your dentist to add/change painkillers
If 24 hrs have elapsed then start warm saline rinses else do chops compresses

Hi,
You can apply the Colgate pain around the extraction area. Do not let it touch or go inside the extraction socket. Suggest you consult with your dentist and get a stronger pain killer if required.
