Dr can I have tab azicip500 in place of azee500 or I have to get azee500 only ,and one more doubt tab azee500 and cap acuret both canbe taken together..

Azee/Azicip with Acutret is ok. But avoid Acutret with Doxy as your history suggests.
Don't self treat yourself with Acutret. Avoid pregnancy while on Acutret.
