Regarding Letrozole
Is it safe to take letrozole 5mg twice a day for 10 days? I have only one follicle with size 24mm on day 7 and endometrium thickness is 4.2 and doc has suggested to take Menotas HP 150 for two days. Will this increase chances of pregnancy.

The dose of Letrozole 5 mg twice a day is fine but 10 days treatment is too long.
injection HMG will make your endometrial thickness better.
