Regarding IUI process
Hello Dr, I got my periods on 23rd Nov and Dr suggested medication letroz2.5mg for 5days from  day 2 and inj folisurge 75iu  on 28th, 29th. Today went through FS scan and Dr told that 3 eggs were seen and the size (present 15mm) should improve a little for that additional folisurge 75iu given. Intercourse was suggested for today. Here my doubt is 1. Will these condition increases my chance of multiples ? 2. Does Intercourse is necessary before iui process?

If your cycle is 28 days then your date of ovulation is day 14 of the cycle (in this case 7 December). So sexual relations before 5 December will not increase your chances of conception.  Producing two eggs should not give hopes regarding twins because both the ova may not be fertilized.
