Regarding insomnia
Sir? I have been suffering from insomnia since 2Yrs. I had taken prothiaden 25 mg  one tab daily for 3months in the year 2019  after that my psychiatric dr. Prescribed me Ventab PLUS tab, one tab daily On 1/2/21 for 30day. I was fine only feel weakness but now insomnia symptom again come back what should I do? Will it be safe to start Ventab PLUS again? please suggest me it is urgent,due to lockdown my dr. Is not available in chamber in these days.Hence help me..

Ventab plus is a combination of anxiolytic(desvenlafaxine) with sedative drug(clonazepam). It might not be necessary if you are not experiencing any other anxiety or mood symptoms currently. It's better to get evaluated for other comorbid symptoms before considering this combination tablets.

Probably can reach for a psychiatrist online and talk to them, so a doctor can asses your current status and prescribe you appropriate medication. Do not start and stop medication on your own. Sometimes there can be certain underline psychiatric condition’s that cause insomnia. More importantly following sleep hygiene is important.
