No its not required, did you have any direct exposure please elaborate. A fourth generation hiv test detect HIV infection about 14 to 20 days after exposure and is highly accurate as well.

45days is very sensitive for 4th generation. Still to be on safer side, repeat at 90 days

Nothing to worry , Repeat screening once after 3months of exposure  . Or get nucleic acid testing done by pcr, which will clear your doubts Meanwhile take care have good food and healthy life style ,use barrier contraception when ever required
