Regarding GERD. Due to side effects?

Dear Doctor I'm facing and diagnosed with GERD ISSUES/ Hital hernia grade 3. It's been 4 years since I've been on gastric medicine like Veloz 20, now from the last 2 plus years and prior also with a few others. I got my egfr test which came at 72 and cretanine level 1.26. is this happening due to gas medicine, one doctor told me to leave but I can't manage without gastric medicine. What should I do? Is it affecting my kidneys? My other reports are normal like no protein leakage and all. All ratios and urine reports are normal. But certainly it reduced my egfr level, due to side effects? Don't know, pls advise. One doctor recently gastroenterologist prescribed pcab 50 and stop Veloz 20. Please suggest some good medicine which is least with side effects and help me with the tightness of the chest, heaviness and burps...I'm also on bp medicine, telma 40..No heart issues, all checked..please help, I've been suffering badly, spent so much money on tests and these medicines are so expensiv
