Hi, Actually I'm obese and have recently started losing weight. I started working out at gym around 4 months back and have lost around 15kgs of weight. But along with this I feel that I have started experiencing constipation after every few days, even after having good amount of water and fiber. Please enlighten me regarding what can be the cause of this problem. Thanks.

It's because u are not talking the diet u were taking before.so now u need to add lot n lots of fibres n water.
Medical management also exists but u try it naturally if not gone then we can figure it out

It depends on what you mean by constipation each person has a different meaning
For some it’s hard stool others it’s infrequent passage of stool
So need more information to understand the problem
