Regarding food supplementation
Hello presently i have been eating millets since 2 mnths fr my weight management Does shifting to rice now leads to weight gain?!

Tips. Avoid junk food, fried food Start 30-45 minutes brisk walk Use less oil,les sugar Eat home made food, 4-5 small meals in a day don't overeat.

Hi, Never restrict any grain totally. Start rice but 2-3 times a week followed by millets on other days.
