Having millets daily
My child has eczema and extremely dry skin .Also allergic to nuts and peanut. Breakfast is usually millet(jowar/bajra/ragi) or rajgira porridge . Lunch dal rice sabji. Dinner roti sabji. Is it ok to have millet daily or should I avoid? Is there any particular food to eat for dry skin conditions.
