Regarding extension lag after surgery
Sir I have undergone surgery for removal of giant cell tumor from my distal femur region of right knee on 14 April 2022. Now post 3 months of surgery i am having flexion range of 115 degrees but i am having an extension lag of around 20 degrees . I am able to extend the knee passively but actively lag is there , do i need to undergo fresh surgery for correcting this lag or will it get better with physiotherapy. My Xrays are attached for your reference
