Regarding Evaparin (Hiparin injection)
Dear Doctor Iam 5 month pregnant with twins through IVF. And iam having 60ml Evaparin injection daily as my history consists of 2 to 3 miscarriage Iam also taking ecospirin 75mg twice ,one in morning and one in evening. Now due to high dozes of blood thinners,my nose got bleed. And yesterday my left eye also got red, but my BP was absolutely normal. My area of tension is that, High dear dozes of Hiparin will harm my babies in womb or it is safe . Does the blood thinner crosses the placenta or not. Kindly guide

Heparin and aspirin will not harm the fetus ..but you need physical examination and get your platelet count checked and coagulation profile

If you are having bleeding, then consult your doctor and you need to stop either of the medicines

It doesnt effect your baby it helps in ur baby growth only but for few days stop evaparin after consulting ur doctor
