As the Latin name suggests (globules = Latin plural for beads), globules are small scattering beads, usually made from ordinary household sugar (cane sugar, sucrose), to which a homeopathically active substance is applied. The amount of sugar is so small that the intake is safe for diabetics. Since milk sugar is not used in the production of globules, it can also be safely taken by people with lactose intolerance. Furthermore, the liquid substance we add is the Homoepathic medications. In each case, the liquid substance will be different depending on your ailment. Good to hear that you have curiosity to know about this I hope that this information would suffice and you will be confident in taking homeopathic medication next time Also , I want to add that the liquid which seems same is different in each medication And it is made after a process called potentization. ( It is a process developed by Dr. Hahnemann to awaken the latent healing properties of substances through successive dilutions and succussions. Over the course of his career from the late 18th to early 19th century, Dr. Hahnemann experimented with decreasing doses and introduced concepts like dynamization to describe how potentization enhances a substance's therapeutic effects.) Thanks and regards, Dr.Maina Bansal

In homeopathy, medicines in dilution form are prepared using a base called dispensing alcohol, which is a purified form of ethanol used specifically for medicinal purposes. This base acts as a preservative and also helps in the extraction and preservation of the medicinal properties of the remedy. Here’s what happens in both cases: 1. Liquid Dilution: When you see a doctor adding liquid to a bottle, they are usually mixing the required number of drops of a homeopathic medicine (dilution) with a small amount of dispensing alcohol or water, depending on the prescription, for internal use. 2. Globules (pills): In this case, a few drops of the dilution are directly added to blank sugar globules. The alcohol evaporates quickly, leaving the medicinal imprint on the pills. So, the liquid you are referring to is medicinal-grade dispensing alcohol, used in small, safe quantities as a vehicle for the medicine. If you want further clarification or guidance on how to use these medicines correctly for your specific condition, you can consult me directly on Practo.
