Regarding diet
I am eating veg food since last 1 year . Will it be good for my health . However I take egg every week . Can you help me which diet would better for my health ? Is veg diet like dal , green vegetables as well fruit is good ? I used to drink at least 5 to 10 liter regularly is it fine but I am very lean guy .

Hello! Food habits is totally personal choice. If you are talking veg diet then you definitely should concentrate on good quality protein like milk n products along with pulses, seeds, millet etc.which are also good protein source. It is absolutely fine to take vegetarian diet if you can balance it with good carbs, protein and fat. If you need personalized diet plan you can visit a dietician or personally massage me.
