I was detected covid positive on 30th march with CT value of 29.7 . Since then I am in isolation . I am feeling ok there is no cough and fever nor any breathing issues. I just want to know whether I need to re take the RT PCR test or not . Also can I know take vaccine .

You need not repeat the RTPCR. 21 days isolation from onset of symptoms is enough. Vaccine can be taken after 6 weeks of becoming negative i.e. 3 weeks of onset of symptoms of COVID.
