Regarding cold and cough
I have a problem of cold and cough on a regular bases from years,like when ever the climent change or hot to cold or cold to hot .is this mean my immunity is weak? For this what should I do.

Just take vitamin c supplements..as of now..your immunity is not weak..your body doesnot adapat to climate changes..that does not mean that your immunity is compromised
