Sir I have a small lump on the lower part of the right breast. It's not paining. Does it indicate cancer?

Might be as pain less lumps r cancer more commonly than painful once in early stages. But non cancerous lumps r far more common than cancer once. It might not hurt to visit a surgeon or surgical oncologists soon
