Regarding bloating
Sir Im suffering from stomach bloating since 5-6 years it's affecting my daily routine drastically and not able to do my daily activity it's affecting me mentally im very anxious in anxiety some time panic attack no fix patterns of bloating it can happen any time but if stool clear and gas passing than ok otherwise very problematic I undergone cbc lft kft thyroid lipid profile iron profile anti ttga hb1ac hsba test vitamin b 12 vitamin d 3 all almost normal USG show liver size 19 cm and moderate grade 2 fatty liver I visited gastroenterologist they prescribed me sompraz acogut psatalo plus and rifaxin tablet I took one month another gastroenterologist prescribed me levosulphride benzizep tablet I took for one month but still I'm suffering kindly suggest diagnosis and treatment

U know  the cause  fatty liver gr 2. Till u don't change life style n diet plan drastically  no therapy gives u proper results. UDILIV 300 two times a day after food for 2 months. Liv 52 one at night after dinner for two months. Both for fatty liver. Tab nexpro RD40 ONE IN EMPTY STOMACH FOR 2 weeks. Mucain gel 10ml without water nothing by mouth till 30min can be taken 3to 4times a day  it's safe when u blot use it.

Avoid spicy foods. Avoid coffee and tea in empty stomach. Use more of curd and butter milk. Drink plenty of water.
