Regarding B12 intake
Became a vegan just a month ago.. is taking 1500 mcg of b12 vitamin of form methylocobalamin per week is fine? if yes.. is taking 500mcg of methyl b12 three times a week more effective or consuming 1500mcg of methylocobalamin b12 a week more effective?
