Methylcobalamin 1500 mcg tablet daily
I have had a history of vitamin b12 deficiency from past 5 years. I had taken injections for my b12 deficiency before 2 years. I haven't got myself tested for b12 this time but purchased methylcobalamin 1500 mcg tablets from a pharmacy. Is it safe to take this tablet daily for 30 days? Will it be an overdose?

B complex is made by the bacterial activity in the gut. If you are getting deficient all the time then its time to test your microbiome and feed yourself with essential strains of bacteria. Till you do that, continue with supplements
