Some times in my brain thinking process starts i feel anxious some times without reason and sone times due to particular situation i am unable to control my mind ...it affects my overall body ibfeel fatigue and particularly it affects my stomach i feel guts or butterflies in my stomach i am unable to eat anything and i also face weight losss also which in return makes me more anxious please help
