At your age such kind of sexual activities are normal but don't do any other harmful activities like masterbation because excessive masterbation can decrease your physical health. If you want to avoid this just try to engage with your frnds family members and avoid staying alone .

What is calling for your attention and needs to be addressed is figuring out what truly fulfills you and resonates with you. Once you begin committing your focus and time to such pursuits, automatically these challenges will fade away. The following are a series of articles that could guide you in the process : Step One : Who Am I? ' Mirror Mirror on the Wall ' Figuring out your life path towards leading a life of purpose and success begins with the first step of understanding who you are : Your Identity. What you stand for, what you represent, what your place of choice is, what your role of choice is, in the Big Scheme of Things. Let's begin. Think of a Symbol that represents you as a person. It could be an object from Nature, a philosophy that you follow, a character trait or quality that you believe you embody or wish to stand for, a quote that has always guided you. The Symbol tells you how you view yourself as a person as a whole. Think of the reason(s) why you choose it to represent you. Figuring out a Symbol that represents you can be the first step you take towards embarking on a journey that is more in tune with your calling. It would be interesting to revisit this exercise every now and then, whenever you feel like it. You would be surprised to know how the symbol changes as you grow and evolve as a person. Step Two : Who Am I? ' Facets of the Diamond ' This step entails identifying the most important and relevant facets of your Identity as an individual. Trace the outline of your left hand on a sheet of paper. In the spaces within the outline of your fingers, write down the five most important aspects of your Identity - roles you play in your personal and professional lives, values that you stand for, your character traits, hobbies, interests, to name a few. Until now, your attention, focus and energy might have been scattered in a hundred different directions. Doing this exercise will help you shed light on things that truly matter to you, that make up who you are, at your core. These deserve your utmost attention and nurturance. Remember, whatever you focus on, grows. Step Three : Who Am I? ' Hammers and Chisels ' Factors shaping my Identity... Who are the people who are responsible for shaping you the way you are today? Have there been challenges that impacted you so deeply that you were not the same after? Has there been a learning experience that changed the way you looked at the world? Who is your favorite author whose books never fail to impress you? Your favorite musician/artist/YouTube channel... Trace the outline of your right hand on a sheet of paper. Within the spaces inside the outline of your fingers, write down five factors that are responsible for influencing you, shaping your identity. Factors may include role models, mentors, situations, life experiences, learning, education and so on. Spoiler Alert! - as you go about doing this exercise, you will realize that those moments that you thought were breaking you were the ones most responsible for building you. Step Four :Who Am I? ' Flight Plan ' This section of unravelling your Identity involves figuring out your life's work. You are not a random coincidence or an accident on planet earth. You have an important and indispensable role to play and no one else can do justice to your part better than YOU. Set aside time to reflect on the following: - What would I want my Legacy to be? - What do I think is my most important and unique contribution to the world? - Among all the roles, Which role would I pick and choose to play? - What would I do if I were not afraid? - What would I do if I knew I wouldn't fail? Finding the answers might take days, weeks, months. Write. Delete. Rewrite. Persevere till the answers truly resonate with you. Now comes the final part. Ask yourself : - Where do I wish to see myself ten years from now? - What should I do today to reach there ten years from now? Anxiety, fear and self-doubt will no doubt creep in from time to time. They only serve to bring more clarity and resolve to your journey. Take the first step. The rest will follow.
