Regarding adjustment to new environments
Sir/Madam, I have completed my B.Tech in 2020 . I have got a job from Campus Placement. I joined there 4 months back . I am working from home now. So, I am feeling lack of face to face communication with my teammates. And I have never met my teammates face to face. So, I am thinking that my progress is slow. And I am not able to get complete satisfaction from my work. How can I get the sense of joy and satisfaction from my job ? How to get an urge to delve deep into my work starting from the morning ? How to feel energetic to add business value to the project ? How to extract some effective learning from my seniors at early stage of job ? I know, there is no shortcut. Still, any kind of suggestions will be appreciated. FYI, I tell you that I am taking Psychiatric Medicines since last 7 years. Currently, I am taking PRODEP 20 mg, MIRNITE 7.5 mg and ATIVAN 1 mg .

Hello..I totally agree with you..during Covid times we all are missing face to face interaction and Communication .I would like to know what makes you feel that your progress is slow? Does anyone told you about that or is that your perception? Further I would like you to think ,what all were the activities that gives you immense pleasure once and during the course of time you have discontinued doing them..Meds will give you temporary relief, the moment you will stop them the results will disappear + the meds have long lasting Repercussions. Consult a Counseling Psychologist and get benefitted.Take and Good luck
