Not able to adjust in new life
I have been married for about 11 months now. But not able to adjust with my in laws. Husband listens more to his mother only. Family imposes has lot of restrictions Feels depresed and suffocated. How could i cope with yhis

Hi... You can seek counselling for your concerns. Ideally Family Counselling or Marital Counselling is best suited in such scenarios but in our society people are less open for it. So individual counselling is something that will help you out and teach you necessary skills to deal with this situation. Please do not take this as a permanent situation because it is more like a phase and if you are able to deal with it effectively than your position is only going to become stronger with time in this setting (family).
