Hi,
I am 8weeks pregnant (primigravida, spontaneous conception). Recently, I had 1 tiny droplet of blood spotting with no stomach pain or spotting thereafter. I hv undergone sonography and the reports are normal. My platelet count is 1,39,000 though. I have been asked to take susten 300. Is it required? N is spotting a cause for concern?
Thank you in advance

Yes susten is required.. Vaginal route is preferred than oral sr tablets which have side effects
Spotting is a cause of concern
But as sonography and all reports are normal
Wait and watch
Do you have any symptoms of pregnancy like nausea vomiting dizziness or constipation?
If yes that is a good sign that baby is growing inside..
Repeat examination or scan after 2-3 weeks if required
Avoid intercourse for 3 months
Avoid excessive physical activity
