Take medicine only after consulting An AYURVEDA physician....because According to AYURVEDA every patient is different...!! Its body type( prakruti) ,agni(digestive fire) And bal( strength)  differs from person to Person! Hence what's good for you will be beneficial to you only! Consult through practo first
