Sutshekhar Ras has antispasmodic action. It also regulates the muscle functions and balances the Vata and Pitta disturbances. Dose for adult is 125 _ 250 mg Maximum dose is 750 mg per day Don't take 9 tablet in a day Best Time to Take: After Food Adjuvant: Water in most cases, Lukewarm milk, Ghee and Honey Dabar 1 tablet is 125 mg

If its dabur sootshekhar ras with gold then don't take 9 tablets... take 2 ( 250mg) tablet two times a day empty stomach with honey...

Good, now a days everyone is conscious about dose. Every pharma has its packaging usually with gold whole tab is 60-125mg and with minor variations in formulation your dr will illuminate the dose with said Anupan i.e. with what the medicine is asked to pop like juice if Pomegranate/Lemon/Honey milk n on what time i.e. Empty stomach early morning /prior bed etc...decide the course n preciseness of expected action...
