Reflux after running
Hello all I was pregnant last year and have given birth to a beautiful baby girl via C-section (breech). I started exercise 2 months postpartum and continued till 4 months. But my acidity was so severe that I had to stop doing everything. My acidt problems started with third trimester and got worse 6 months postpartum. Luckily with rest, medicine and diet I am now much better. But I miss running. As soon as I run more than 100 m I start having reflux so much that Ineed to stop. I am able to dance but I was am avid runner before pregnancy. Will I have to give up running? Currently I don't face acidity problems if I don't run.
