Reduction in Glucose level
Hi , I was having a random hb1ac of 11.1 , I have worked on my routine and exercise plus diet and now getting are adi g on glucometer for fasting in morning as 109 and after meal as 139 in past 3 reading shall I have to continue the same or go for Medicine.

Its good that u have decreased it bu diet and exercise. But the moment u stop exercising and dieting ,levels can go as high as 200 . Better start with medication.. your HBA1C is quite high according to ur age and it might lead to other problems also like heart problem or issue related to brain .

Measure FBS/PPBS/ every day for 1 week HBA1C every 2 months .

Follow diabetic diet Exercise 150 min / week Reduce stress Stop smoking if u do. Work on having low carbs and low processed food diet Include fibre and proteins in your diet .

Pl repet hba1c after 3 months. However Pl consult. It is very difficult that hba1c of 11 will come down with exercise and diet control.
