Reducing weight
My hieght is 5'2" and my wieght is 60 kg. My marriage is one month away, what should i do to reduce some weight to look slim at my wedding.

Hi welcome - you can come down 3-5 kgs max not more. In one month you can reduce weight up to 5 ks safely. You need low calorei balanced diet & more activities preferably brisk walking ,free hand, jogging all at early morning .I can also suggest some good fat buring poses which you can practice every day 3 times

With balanced diet, you wont be able to lose much. but if u r really serious about losing fat before your marriage. go on a low carb high fat diet for a month, u might be able to lose more. Cheers, all the best

Hello....... Your body mass index comes around 24.. BMI above 30 is obesity.. BMI 25 to 30 is preobesity.. You can decrease one or two kgs I'm healthy way.. one can reduce weight by dietary and lifestyle change . Have more of fruits and vegetables ..have foods like chapattis, roti... Avoid junk food, oily food items.. Exercise regularly (yoga or aerobics)... Sleep for at least seven to eight hours
