Without medicine if you want to reduce anxiety then do daily exercise do yoga meditation and relaxation exercise

please do consult nearest psychiatrist, duration of anxiety/ situation in which anxiety occurs / symptoms severity/ functional state affected during anxiety will govern if you can be managed with/ without medication.
