Clean the area with some antiseptic solution,  2 to 3 times daily. Tab cefixime 200mg one morning and one evening for 5days. Tab voveran 50mg one every morning and evening for 4 days, after food. Get complete blood count,  urine microscopic done and share results. Avoid sexual activity, till it heals.

Tab zerodol sp three times a day after food for five days. Cefexim 200 two times a day after food for five.  Montek lc one at night for five days. Locally apply betnovate c after proper cleaning two times.
