Redness in mouth rooftop
I have redness in mouth rooftop. It appears and go away on its own in a day.. the redness always appears on the left side..it is not painful but is irritating..it been more than 5 months. It comes and goes..no fixed pattern. I have attached a photo of it.

It may be related to allergy.
avoid spicy and oily food.
betadine gargle three times a day.
