Red burning patch on upper mouth

Asked for Male, 32 Years

Hi doctor, I am seeing red patch on upper mouth which is burning when i am eating something. It was blister two days back but now it is red patches. I am non smoker and no any pan masala wver in life.i am provisional ibs paitent( not clinically diagnosed)and have stomach issue up and down I am on anxities tablet also for hypochondriac anxities I am worried about this patch now I have taken 3 tablet of bCapsul tablet since yesterday Attaching picture. Please Suggest
