Redness in leg offen fever and chill
My brother one day  stand long time that day he got leg pain  leg swelling with small redness next day redness spread with feverish we went to government hospital they gave antibiotics for 3 days after that swelling,pain redness reduced but fever and shivering is offen in night with vomiting.After offen fever he went to near by physician he told nothing normal mosquito bites low immunity so only take rest eat healthy dr given dolo 650 as perception.now my brother is taking only dolo 650 now I'm worrying that what is my brother health issues ? Where going in right treatment or should I need to go some other hospital? I have attached his leg picture.

What is the age of your brother? Please get his CBC, and coagulation profile, done. He should be seen by a General Surgeon in your area.

Looks like cellulitis . Get him admitted in hospital he needs IV antibiotics. Some blood test's also needed. It can become serious so don't waste time ok
