Redness in gums
I feel like gums around only one tooth is red and i had done teeth cleaning last year but want to know if gums can grow back without surgery.

Redness in gums can be caused by bad oral hygiene, recent history of viral fever, etc. Brush twice a day followed by  chlorhexidine mouth wash..eat cold food  drink cold milk it will give u reflief.
