There is redness in my left eye since 5-6 days Looks like engorged blood vessels over eye No itching Minimal watery discharge No pain No trauma Feeling of foreign body in eye at times

Seems to be sub conjunctival haemorrhage, it resolves with passage of time, if possible get eyes checked for any internal problems.

It looks like a small bleed.  You can use lubricating eye drop twice a day for 2 weeks. It'll fade away over period of time.

It is Sub conjunctival Haemorrhage.pl use Refresh tears eye drops 2drops 3times a day.usually it will be resolved. Pl find out the cause if any.consult ophthalmologist for further evaluation and treatment.
