Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. Treatment depends on the grade of pimples or acne..So, please  send more photos by direct online consultation as it's a must to see which grade of pimples or acne for accurate diagnosis and treatment.

This is common with using toners and makeup removers. Your skin is just irritated right now. Give it some rest. Stop all actives, if you’re using any. Use a good ceramide based moisturiser like CeraVe and a broad spectrum sunscreen only for now. Avoid makeup for a few days.
Next Steps
Consult a dermatologist for prescription drugs and medications to ease the tingling and redness.
Health Tips
Azaelic acid based creams will help you but use it only after getting prescribed by a dermatologist under their supervision.
