Red eyes, itching , swelling slighlty , and running tears. Please suggest some medicine or any treatment.

Hi there...I can understand your concern. Since when are you having these symptoms? Was it after any trauma or exposure to any particular substance? You might be suffering from conjunctivitis. It could be viral or bacterial or allergic. You will need detailed opthalmic examination to rule out any other pathology. So kindly consult a nearby ophthalmologist for further evaluation. At home maintain good hygiene, apply cold compresses over the eye. Avoid applying oils or unknown creams into the eyes.
