Reddish bumps
After shaving my public area with my razor now I'm getting multiple reddish bumps like pimples on my public area.is my condition serious and what should I apply on it to cure those reddish pimples?

Hi this is folliculitis and you should start antibiotics like Doxy 100mg twice a day for 20 days and regularly apply FUCIDIN cream.
