Red and black dots after face shaving
I used to do face waxing earlier because I have facial hair, but for the past 2–3 years, I have been using a face razor. However, for the past few days, after shaving, I have been noticing red and black dots on my face, similar to acne, even on my nose.

It is possible your face is very dry and shaving on the dry skin is causing it more dry. One thing you can try is apply a face oil and shave on that. Moisturize well after shaving. Please take online consultation for the same.
