I am suffering from a reddish spot in back of my tongue for about a month now. It is not painful but causes discomfort especially while talking

Itcan be traumatic ulcer or thermal burn.Topical and systemic corticosteroids has to be taken to relieve the condition. You can consult through this for prescription of medication.
