Fishbone buried in back tongue
I think a fishbone is stuck or buried in my inner part of the tongue. I cant reach it since it's almost near my throat. I grabbed a flashlight and saw that I have few bumps near that part. I tried touching it and can feel tge bumps and the sharp thing that seems like a fishbone. What do i do?

Nothing big to worry about. It can easily be removed but please do not try to that yourself because there are chances for that you may swallow it. You won't wanna take the risk of the fishbone getting stuck in your gut. And those bumps are nothing but circumvallate papillae.
Next Steps
Visit the nearest Dentist or ENT specialist and do not panic.
