Pain in one leg regular some time red spot on thighs ,it is from one year.done x-ray not any fracture has shown everything on o.k.I think is it siatica

Do back strengthing excercises.
Take rest.
Avoid forward bending and heavy lifting.
Avoid prolonged sitting and standing.
Take hot fermentation.
If no progress...take back X-ray and then meet me at my clinic.if possible.
