Red spots developing on hands and legs
I am recently developing red round rash spots (not in clusters) on hands shoulders and legs that are non itchy and blanches when pressed. These spot usually goes after a week. I dont have fever and body aches. Photos attached for reference Based on dermatologist advice taking allegra tablet every night but new spots keep developing the next morning. Please help me to know what is the issue and any solution for this.
