Red sores near anus hole
My son is 2 months old suffered from diaper rash...as suggested by dr i have used siloderm,candid and t bact from past three weeks...although rash and infection reduced to maximum extent still he has rash near anus hole ..sharing image pls suggest what to do...

Hello , apply napigard cream thrice daily for 3 days
Next Steps
Avoid diapers for few days . Use cloth nappies
