Rash near anus
Our baby is 12 days old. We are noticing rashes near his anus area. Attached the photo. Although he is pooping and feeding properly but we are concerned about this. Requesting an advice if possible. We do not use diapers but cotton langots. But yes we do use baby wet wipes to clean the anus after he has passed stool.

Don't use diapers and wipes.. keep it dry use ointment as suggested by your Pediatrician
