Red rashes appearing on whole body .
My son is 10 months old. Every now n then red rashes appear on his skin although they disappear on their own within few days. Upon consultation with pedreatrician ,we were suggested to leave it as it is and not to apply any oil for massage until the rashes disappear. Kindly suggest permanent remedy to these rashes. Pics enclosed for reference.
