I am having a red patch on the floor of my mouth, which is burning. It's been past four days that I am feeling this burning sensation . I took my second dose of vaccine on 11th and since 12th this thing has occured.
Please suggest me when should I consult the doctor and which specialist should I consult?

I doubt the vaccines to be the culprit for these sores. However if you could share a picture so that we can diagnose it properly and help you with the treatment.
