Care AI Shimmer
Hello mam, It looks like Episcleritis, meaning inflammation in a layer called episclera. Mostly it is allergic. Exposure to dust, change of place or climate can commonly trigger this besides other causes. Use Olopat eye drops two times a day in your affected eye for 1 week. If it’s not subsiding , consult a doctor nearby

Looking into the history given by you and symptoms you are experiencing, it could be an allergic . Use eye drop Occurest-AH one drop 3 times a day in right eye . This will take care of both redness and itching . Ideal treatment is low dose loteprednol but that can't be straight away given without examination.
Next Steps
Use eye drop Occurest-AH one drop 3 times a day in right eye for 3 weeks .
Health Tips
Don't stop medication without completing the course (although symptoms will subside in half to 1 week) . Doing so will cause resistance. Avoid steroids (loteprednol) without examination.
